ESTABLISHING YOUR ACCOUNT
C.O.D. orders are subject to the freight company's collection fee. We accept money orders.
Company checks are also accepted after approval of credit application.
We welcome MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You may also prepay for your order using money
order, cash or company check.
NET30 Our standard account terms are net 30 Days. Please call, email or visit our website to
obtain a credit application.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

Orders are shipped F.O.B. San Diego California freight prepaid. Unless otherwise specified, your order
will be shipped UPS ground delivery service. We will gladly quote freight charges on request.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS
Your orders are carefully packed by our shipping staff. Please make a note of any obvious damage or
shortage on the freight bill or carriers receipt next to your signature. The carrier's agent must also sign
acknowledging the loss. Please open your order immediately upon receipt to check for concealed damage
and compare the packing list to the items shipped. You must report claims for loss or damage within 3
days of delivery, otherwise no returns will be allowed.
To return damaged items, call 858 391-9117 and reference our invoice number to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return order form. This form, required to issue credit,
must be attached to the package.
